Working for TZMI

TZ Minerals International is the world’s leading industry expert for the mineral sands and titanium dioxide industries. The business comprises information sourcing and management, data analysis, publishing, consulting services (technical, commercial and strategic) and conference management.

Currently TZMI has staffed offices in Australia, China, the US, South Africa and the Netherlands. Global and industry expansion of the group’s activities are planned and well underway.

To achieve this quest for significant growth in capabilities and market reach, and to satisfy the workload from existing clients, there are career opportunities both in the Perth head office and within our global network. If you are interested in being a part of the global TZMI team please contact Human Resources on 61 8 9359 6000 or to express your interest in an open position (see below) please send us your CV and a covering letter, quoting the relevant job title below

Industry Analyst & Consultant

Industry Analyst & Consultant

TZMI is generally interested in discussing opportunities with individuals from all aspects of the titanium and zirconium industries, particularly those with downstream experience. TZMI is looking to expand its market reach so we are interested in talking to qualified people from outside our existing locations and particularly those with multiple language skills.

All TZMI consultants must have a relevant degree and industry experience, whether it is mining, processing, chemical, financial or commercial. In addition, it is essential to have strong writing, presentation and analytical skills plus fluency with spreadsheets. To be able to transition from being a high-achieving industry operative to being a TZMI consultant you must be a confident self-starter who enjoys variety and challenge. You must have good attention to detail and time management skills, including the ability to work to strict deadlines.

At TZMI you will be an important part of a small team. You will contribute to providing in-depth reports, forecasting and consultancy services that focus on the commercial and technical issues facing both the upstream and downstream mineral sands and TiO2 pigments industries.

This type of position offers an exciting new career as an analyst, a consultant and (possibly) as an industry expert. If you want responsibility, a dynamic role and international travel then this is the right move for you. Needless to say a competitive salary will be negotiated as well as other rewards for assisting TZMI to achieve its regional KPI’s.
